Price guarantee

On selected items - in fact on the vast majority of our items - we offer our customers a price guarantee. The price guarantee means that if you find the same product at a cheaper price from a competitor before your purchase, or within 30 days of your purchase, we will match the price. Quite simply.

If you have seen a product cheaper elsewhere, you can use our price guarantee by contacting us via the contact form in the link below. Contact our sales department and provide a link to where you have seen the product cheaper. Our customer service will help you from there to match the price.

Of course, there are limitations to the price guarantee, so below is the "fine print". However, the following can be summarized with; Applies only to identical product, with identical services and conditions.

Conditions for Price Guarantee:

  • The Price Guarantee applies to identical items (brand/manufacturer etc.) and we compare the price for 1 item of the item including shipping. That is, what it would cost you to buy 1 item and have it delivered to your home.
  • The product must be in stock at our competitor and the product must be covered by the European Union rules on warranty, consumer protection, customs and VAT.
  • The price guarantee does not apply to special limited lots, opening, special or bargain offers and only to goods advertised on European Union websites (.eu domains) or in European Union media
  • The price guarantee does not apply to offers that require membership.
  • The price guarantee does not apply to auctions.
  • The goods must be delivered from a European Union company and from a European Union address.
  • The price at the competitor must be documented with either a link to a web address or a scan of an advertising leaflet.

Price match

Finally, and most importantly, we offer a price match on our own website. You should never worry about finding an identical product on our website, that has a lower price than the price which you purchased it for. Therefore, we offer a 50 days price match on all products bought from our website.

Conditions for price match

  • Discounts related to Black Friday, Black week and Cyber Week are not covered by price match.
  • Discounts related to coupons, newsletters and bundle offers are not covered by price match.
